Zheng Kai: Growing up in the challenge -- My experience and perception of teaching competition

When I received the invitation letter for the teaching competition for young teachers of Changzhou Institute of Information Technology, my heart suddenly sprang up full of expectations and a little nervous。As a mathematics teacher, I am clearly aware that this competition is not only a comprehensive test of my personal teaching ability, but also a great opportunity to improve my teaching level。This is not only a competition, but also a stage to show yourself, challenge yourself and surpass yourself。Since I began to prepare for the school tryouts, I have devoted myself to the teaching design and teachingThe production of PPT。I carefully polish every teaching link, and strive to pass on the most essential and inspiring content to students。Even in the classroom videos without the participation of real students, I feel as if I am in the classroom, as if I can hear the students' responses, and have a collision of ideas and resonance with them。This makes me more firm in my teaching belief, but also let me have a deeper understanding of teaching and sentiment。

When I learned that I had the honor to represent my school to participate in the teaching competition of Changzhou City, I felt both extremely honored and heavy responsibility。In order to meet this challenge, I have invested more time and energy, and conducted a deeper and more detailed research and arrangement of the teaching content。那16 well-designed teaching links and PPT, all condensed my hard sweat and unremitting efforts。I am well aware that this competition is a comprehensive test of my teaching ability and a great opportunity for me to improve my teaching level。

In the course of the competition, I deeply realized the charm and challenge of teaching competition。It is like a mirror, allowing me to see my strengths and weaknesses in teaching more clearly, while also providing a valuable platform to learn from outstanding peers。Here, I would like to express my special thanks to Teacher Wang Dan for his careful guidance and selfless help。Although I only won the second prize at the municipal level, it was already a rare growth experience for me。This experience made me more clear about my teaching goal and direction, and also made me more firm in my teaching faith。

Looking back on the whole competition process, I feel that my teaching ability and level have been significantly improved。I learned how to communicate more deeply with students, how to impart knowledge more efficiently, and how to focus more precisely on teaching。These valuable experiences will become an important asset in my future teaching path。I believe that this competition is just a small stop on my teaching road. In the future, I have a longer way to go and a higher mountain to climb。
